A sense of community is key to the Rainman’s live performances. While he enjoys the special connection with his audience and the opportunities which this affords him, he has never forgotten those less fortunate and perhaps unable to experience his music and benefit from it. One way to pay that considerable debt back is to volunteer one’s services for worthwhile and enriching causes. The Rainman knows the community that has shaped him and strongly believes in thanking the members thereof. Some of the charities that have benefitted from his generous ways include the United Way, the Heart & Stroke Foundation and the CNIB to name just a few.
